After permanent hiring: Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, and Life Insurance. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Responsible for developing mechanical projects and overseeing their execution, testing, and installation according to customer studies and specifications; designing and manufacturing innovative mechanical components; preparing technical drawings using digital tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks; preparing technical documents; conducting tests and simulations on equipment; executing the full product development cycle; methodically conducting experiments, analyzing data, and interpreting results; analyzing data and interpreting results; evaluating overall product performance, reliability, and safety; modifying and adjusting designs to meet requirements and eliminate defects; performing other related tasks and/or as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree – Mechanical Engineering – Completed **Experience and Qualifications:** Proficiency in CAD 2D/3D systems or manufacturing design; ability to execute component design projects; experience in team leadership; Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (completed); Computer literacy; Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; Advanced technical English. Residence in São José dos Campos or Jacareí. Temporary position with potential for permanent hiring.
