The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, enjoys handling processes and challenges. **Main Responsibilities:** * Initiate customer service by sending initial guidance required to begin the process and subsequently outlining application steps; * Provide customer support via e\-mail and telephone, clarifying questions based on official information, receiving necessary documents, and following up on deadlines to expedite the process; * Conduct preliminary review of received documentation and advise clients on required adjustments; * Update the CRM (HubSpot) and Drive (Central File), managing client folders; * Support the manager in defining the optimal application strategy for each client’s case; * Prepare application materials such as checklists, questionnaires, homework, etc.; * Complete immigration system forms according to the applicable program; * Perform administrative support tasks for the process manager; * Record, control, monitor, and implement corrective and preventive actions regarding process\/department KPIs; * Participate in company-organized and promoted alignment meetings and trainings; **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree (Tourism, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields); * Experience in customer relationship management; * Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; * Clear and concise communication skills (verbal and written); * Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); * CRM experience; * Document analysis experience is a plus; * Intermediate English proficiency preferred; * Personal computer and suitable home office environment; * Availability Monday through Friday (44 hours per week); **Desired Skills:** * Organized and detail-oriented; * Proactive and capable of working independently; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in teams; * Self-confidence; * Flexibility to manage and resolve unexpected issues; * Sense of priority, as urgent tasks may arise; * Sales orientation; **More About This Position** Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Workload: Full-time position, up to 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
