**JOB OPENING – PRINTER SUPPORT ANALYST** **On-site | CLT | Full-time** We are looking for a **Printer Support Analyst** to join our team. The professional will be responsible for providing remote technical support, ensuring proper equipment operation and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Remote customer technical support and assistance * Diagnosis and resolution of issues in printers and multifunction devices * Network printer configuration and driver installation * Tracking of technical support tickets and system registration * User guidance on basic equipment usage and maintenance * Technical support to internal teams when required **Requirements:** * Technical knowledge of printers and multifunction devices * Basic understanding of networks, Windows operating systems, and driver installation * Experience in remote technical support or help desk * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organization, proactivity, and ability to work in a team **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with brands such as HP, Brother, Epson, Canon, Ricoh, among others * Knowledge of printer monitoring software * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT or related fields **We Offer:** * CLT employment contract * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, during business hours * Competitive salary commensurate with the role * Transportation allowance * Benefits according to company policy * Professional work environment and growth opportunities Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: Starting from R$1.900,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
