Monitoring and operation of electronic systems Front Desk Duties: 5x1 shift schedule (day and night shifts) Control of visitor and service provider access Receiving and registering packages/mail Public service (residents and visitors) Basic monitoring of security cameras Intercom operation and electronic gate authorization Recording incidents in the official logbook Operational Support: Assisting with movement for condominium events Supporting front desk administrative routines Requirements: Experience in front desk operations Strong communication skills and courteous service attitude Basic knowledge of asset security Availability for rotating shift schedules Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with electronic front desk systems Ability to handle conflict situations NOTE: Initially hired as a substitute, covering vacation periods.
