Maintaining a clean and organized service environment We are seeking a responsible, organized, and communicative professional to provide customer service in a pharmacy, offering both in-person and online support while ensuring service quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service at the pharmacy counter and via WhatsApp; * Operate the cash register and process sales receipts; * Enter invoices for resale medications into the system; * Maintain a clean and organized service environment; * Provide basic guidance to customers and redirect requests when necessary; * Support administrative and operational routines of the pharmacy. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; * Experience in pharmacy customer service; * Experience in counter and WhatsApp customer service; **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Salary: R$1\.700,00 per month Work Location: On-site
