




**Experience in accounting office routines and preferably knowledge of the DOMÍNIO system** **Mission:** Carry out and support payroll department routines, such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, and labor-related calculations. Interact with clients by requesting and providing documents, and advising them on payroll management and labor legislation. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or CST in Human Resources Management. **Skills/Competencies:** * Leadership * Proactivity * Assertive Communication * Collaboration * Organization **Computer Skills: Advanced** (Windows, MS Office, Domínio, Onvio, Gesta, Customer Portal) * Provide client support via WhatsApp, resolving inquiries and requests. * Request documents from clients as needed. * Execute new employee onboarding processes. * Issue tax forms, such as DCTF Web and FGTS Digital. * Prepare payroll reports. * Perform vacation and termination calculations. * Conduct meetings with clients to align work methodologies and address other needs. * Monitor union homologations, when required. * Serve as a technical reference, guiding the Payroll Department team members. * Develop materials and deliver training to the team on relevant topics and updates within the area of expertise. * Analyze and complete federal compensation and refund requests, under supervision of senior positions. * Generate electronic powers of attorney, as needed. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. * Payroll system configuration * PERDCOMP
