




**About the position:** We are seeking a **Payroll Analyst** to strategically and operationally manage the Human Resources Department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all payroll and labor compliance routines. The professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with current legislation and providing support to HR and Finance departments with accurate and up-to-date information. **Main responsibilities:** * Process and verify **payroll**, vacations, 13th salary, terminations, and benefits; * Perform monthly **payroll closing** in the system, ensuring compliance with internal and legal deadlines; * Submit and review **mandatory reports** (eSocial, SEFIP, DIRF, RAIS, CAGED, etc.); * Calculate labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) and prepare reports for accounting and finance departments; * Control and update employee records in the system; * Monitor collective bargaining agreements, ensuring company practices remain compliant; * Assist employees and managers with inquiries regarding payroll, vacations, and benefits; * Support internal and external audits related to the Human Resources Department. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing higher education in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting**, or related fields; * **Proven experience in payroll closing** (preferably in companies with multiple units or high employee volume); * Practical knowledge of **eSocial**, **labor legislation**, and **social charges**; * Proficiency in **Excel** and payroll systems (e.g.: Metadados, ADP, Protheus, Senior, or similar). **Differentials:** * Experience integrating systems between HR, HR Administration, and Finance; * Background in **healthcare** or **services** sector companies; * Knowledge of **flexible benefits** and **electronic time management**.
