Key responsibilities: - Ensure achievement of production targets within quality and cost standards through planning and coordination of operations - Ensure the physical integrity of employees, machinery, and equipment under your responsibility by promoting and enforcing safety regulations and operational procedures - Ensure organization and cleanliness of the industrial area * Contribute to resource allocation for departmental activities by identifying needs, executing, and controlling budgetary targets * Participate in projects aimed at optimizing and improving operational processes through statistical data analysis and engineering studies, including economic-financial analysis of projects * Coordinate maneuvers, interventions, and shutdown planning together with maintenance and engineering teams * Consolidate shift-related plant performance information to generate indicators supporting management decision-making * Coordinate supervisors to ensure alignment regarding shift communications, prioritizing the most appropriate communication methods and relaying information through operational teams - Provide real-time remote support to operations when required - Compile, prepare, and lead the O&M meeting with participation from all plant departments * Participate in the strategic planning of the operations area, particularly in defining targets and budgets * Manage and coordinate technical training for the operations group * Promote analysis and diagnosis of equipment and plant system problems and failures (troubleshooting) * Conduct real-time alignment with Eneva’s Integrated Operations Center To apply, you must have: - Completed undergraduate degree (Electrical, Chemical, Production, or Mechanical Engineering) * SAP knowledge * People and process management Work location: São Luís - MA Learn more about us at: www.eneva.com.br.
