Join us as an Operations and Distribution Analyst **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** This role exists to **ensure the integrity, reliability, and efficiency of inventory management**, guaranteeing physical and system-wide material accuracy, reducing losses and operational risks. It provides analyses and metrics supporting decision-making and drives continuous improvement in warehousing and control processes. Because here, we don’t just hire for roles—we invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring physical and system-wide material accuracy. + Conduct analyses of discrepancies between physical and book inventory, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions. + Plan, execute, and monitor cyclic and full inventories, ensuring adherence to procedures and accuracy targets. + Develop and track inventory management performance metrics, such as accuracy, coverage, turnover, obsolescence, and losses. + Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with Operations, Logistics, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics Providers. + Ensure correct material movement and recording in management systems (ERP/WMS). + Prepare managerial reports and analyses to support leadership decision-making. + Identify opportunities to improve warehousing, material handling, and inventory control processes. + Support internal and external audits related to inventory processes and controls. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and reducing losses. + Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures related to inventory management. + Monitor materials at risk of obsolescence, expiry, or low turnover, proposing mitigating actions. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * **Completed undergraduate degree** * Analytical ability and data orientation. * Knowledge of inventory and stock management. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel. * Familiarity with WMS and logistics KPIs. * Organized, detail-oriented profile with strong problem-solving focus. * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Analytical ability and data orientation. * Knowledge of inventory and stock management. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel. * Familiarity with WMS and logistics KPIs. * Organized, detail-oriented profile with strong problem-solving focus. * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
