In this role, the main challenge is to act as the responsible party for terminal maintenance—handling service requests, identifying and resolving issues, monitoring and tracking terminals, and accurately recording data in control systems. Then check out the responsibilities for this position **Responsibilities and Duties** **Analysis and Diagnosis:** Identify the root cause of issues, resolve them remotely, and, if necessary, dispatch on-site technical visits with appropriate solutions. **Monitoring and Updates:** Track ticket statuses and maintain detailed records in Salesforce. **Technical Support:** Provide remote assistance for diagnostics, updates, and guidance on field procedures. **Supplier Coordination:** Coordinate services with suppliers, issue service orders, and monitor execution. **Interaction Logging:** Update tickets with information from IVR interactions, e\-mails, and other contact channels. **Maintenance Planning:** Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance on terminals to ensure operational continuity and reduce failures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education or currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields; * Experience with remote support; **Bonus Skills:** * Familiarity with ticketing tools (Qualitor / Salesforce preferred); * Test logic and programming; * Knowledge of Trauma Zero and Zabbix. **Additional Information** People with disabilities are warmly welcomed!
