Responsibilities and Duties * + Perform operational tasks in the **truck unloading process**. + Operate the **tipper** to unload trucks carrying **soybeans**. + Assist in **grain receiving routines**, ensuring safe and efficient flow. + Support the **soybean drying process**, monitoring operational stages and conditions. + Perform **cleaning and organization of the area**, maintaining a suitable environment for continuous operation. + Strictly adhere to the company’s **safety, quality, and environmental standards**. + Provide support to other operational activities as required. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education. * Availability to work in an operational environment involving cargo and grain handling. * Commitment, responsibility, and attention to safety regulations. Desired Qualifications * Prior experience in operational activities, preferably in: + Grain receiving and processing facilities for **soybeans**; + Operation of **tippers**; + Grain truck unloading; + **Soybean drying** routines and storage workflows. * Experience in agro-industrial companies.
