Monitor worker recovery and provide guidance on return-to-work procedures A metal-mechanical company is hiring an **Occupational Safety Technician**, position based in Araucária/PR \- Neighborhood: Barigui **Responsibilities:** Develop, participate in developing, and implement occupational health and safety (OHS) policies; Conduct audits, monitoring, and evaluation in the area; Identify variables for controlling diseases, accidents, quality of life, and environmental factors; Participate in expert assessments and inspections, and join negotiation processes; Participate in adopting technologies and work processes; Archive and organize documents, reports, and other records; Schedule rooms for visits, meetings, and training sessions; Prepare training and awareness materials for Occupational Health and Safety; Analyze accidents and recommend preventive and control measures; Refer injured employees to emergency care, monitor their recovery, and advise on return-to-work procedures; Complete and submit the Accident Report Form (CAT) to INSS; Visit the industrial park daily and guide employees on proper use of PPE; Collect monthly PPE distribution forms and archive them; Conduct OHS onboarding for new employees; Receive service providers and conduct their OHS onboarding; Monitor probationary and temporary contracts where applicable; Provide OHS-related support to employees; Maintain up-to-date departmental indicators; **Requirements:** Technical course in Occupational Safety; Computer literacy (Office); Familiarity with ERP system (Protheus); Knowledge of administrative routines; Compensation: Starting from R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
