Job Summary: A professional responsible for auditing, inspecting, developing action plans, and conducting training to ensure workplace safety and occupational health. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting occupational safety audits and inspections 2. Managing occupational health and safety (OHS) programs and routines, as well as emergency management 3. Delivering training sessions and awareness campaigns **OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TECHNICIAN** **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct occupational safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations, including documentation and resolution of non-conformities. * Develop and monitor action plans focused on risk prevention, occupational health, workplace safety, and environmental management. * Deliver training sessions, onboarding activities, and awareness campaigns (e.g., SIPAT, CIPA/CIPAA, fire brigades, and safety regulations). * Manage OHS programs and routines, including accident investigations, control of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE), area performance indicators, and legal documentation. * Support emergency management, Fire Prevention and Protection Plans (PPCI), fire brigades, and environmental management, as well as interface with HR, managers, and service providers. **Requirements:** * Technical course in Occupational Safety and registration with SESMT * Proven experience in the role **Desirable:** * Completed or ongoing specialization in Occupational Safety/Workplace Safety Engineering * Experience in environmental management **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM / Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM **Salary:** * To be negotiated **Benefits:** * Attendance bonus – BRL 353.00 (food card) * On-site cafeteria * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Partnership with educational institutions * Birthday day-off * Health plan * Dental plan Company located in Rio Bonito, Joinville/SC Minimum Education: Technical Course Driver's License: Class B, Class A Personal vehicle
