Job Summary:
Hospital INC is seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to promote a safe environment, prevent risks, and protect employees by managing occupational health and safety.

**About the position:**
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Identify and analyze workplace hazards.
* Propose and monitor accident prevention, occupational disease prevention, and workplace safety measures.
* Implement and update Occupational Health and Safety Programs (PPRA, PCMSO, and LTCAT).
* Manage and control PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
* Conduct and/or organize occupational safety training.
* Perform safety inspections and fire prevention activities.
* Conduct daily rounds to verify safety conditions.
* Participate in expert assessments and inspections related to the field.
* Manage documents and records for the Occupational Health and Safety area.
* Support internal committees such as CIPA, SIPAT, PGRSS, Sharps Injury Prevention Committee, and Radiation Protection Committee.
* Monitor compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs).
* Initiate and follow up on CAT (Work Accident Communication).
* Promote educational initiatives to raise employee awareness regarding health, safety, and environmental protection.
* Technical course in Occupational Safety.
* Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other applicable legislation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Active registration with the Ministry of Labor.
