Job Summary: Professional responsible for the technical management of occupational nursing, ensuring legal compliance and promoting health and disease prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards Professional responsible for ensuring the technical management of occupational nursing, guaranteeing compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards, supporting medical clinics, document control, and occupational health indicators. Actively contributes to health promotion, disease prevention, and handling of urgent and emergency situations. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform reception and triage of employees presenting clinical or occupational complaints; * Measure vital signs and conduct basic anamnesis, recording information in the electronic medical record; * Administer medications according to medical prescriptions and institutional protocols; * Record all clinical, occupational, and administrative consultations in the FAP online system; * Provide first aid in urgent and emergency situations; * Respond to emergency calls at the facility, acting in accordance with basic life support protocols; * Participate in occupational emergency response drills and training sessions; * Conduct daily checklists of ambulance materials and equipment (when applicable); * Assist the Occupational Physician and Occupational Nurse in admission, periodic, return-to-work, job-change, and dismissal examinations; * Support scheduling and coordination of occupational examinations (clinical and complementary) with accredited clinics; * Accompany employees during leave processes, return-to-work procedures, and special protocols; * Monitor and update information regarding social security and non-social security absences; * Schedule employees for medical evaluations based on identified needs; * Attach ASO’s and other relevant documents to the FAPOnline system; * Provide individual and group guidance in occupational disease prevention and health promotion initiatives; * Support implementation of the health action schedule outlined in the PCMSO and institutional programs; * Participate in internal health events, campaigns, and SIPATs, as assigned; * Refer employees to internal health programs (PAE, ergonomics, quality of life, etc.); * Support the Occupational Nurse in consolidating data and indicators (KPIs) for the occupational health area; * Conduct and participate in daily safety talks (DDS) with operational teams, per unit routine; * Participate in the annual influenza vaccination campaign; * Always act in accordance with biosafety standards, professional ethics, and legislation (COREN/COFEN). * Report to the designated Occupational Nurse (even remotely) serving as Technical Supervisor. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing with specialization in Occupational Nursing. Active and valid registration with COREN.
