**Requirements:**
**Key Responsibilities:**
Lead the implementation, maintenance, administration, and evolution of corporate monitoring and observability environments;
Define standards, architecture, and best practices for observability and monitoring platforms;
Administer and maintain monitoring tools, ensuring high availability, performance, and alignment with business requirements;
Design and implement strategic dashboards, executive metrics, intelligent alerts, management reports, and advanced event correlations;
Proactively identify incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and resolve complex issues;
Provide technical support to infrastructure, network, cloud, security, and application teams on observability and performance initiatives;
Develop integrations and automations between tools using APIs, scripts, and observability best practices;
Lead tuning, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives for monitored environments;
Define and track availability, capacity, performance, and user experience metrics;
Serve as a technical reference in advancing the organization’s observability maturity;
Conduct training sessions, workshops, mentoring, and technical knowledge sharing;
Deliver technical and executive presentations to various organizational levels.
**What We Expect From You:**
A professional with strong analytical skills, systemic vision, critical thinking, decision-making ability, and extensive hands-on experience with corporate monitoring and observability platforms;
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
Proven experience implementing, administering, and evolving observability and monitoring solutions;
Advanced practical knowledge and experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as New Relic, SolarWinds, and equivalent solutions.
Experience monitoring Windows, Linux, network, application, and cloud environments;
Experience in incident management, advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization;
Ability to serve as a technical reference and support cross-functional teams.
**✨ Nice-to-Haves:**
ITIL, Observability, Cloud, or vendor-specific monitoring platform certifications;
Experience with observability architectures, APM, hybrid infrastructure, and mission-critical environments;
Advanced knowledge of SNMP, WMI, Syslog, REST APIs, and automation;
Hands-on experience with integrations, scripting, and operational process automation;
Familiarity with SRE, DevOps, and AIOps practices;
Advanced English proficiency for interaction with vendors.
