Essential support for the nursing team We are Senior Mais Health Care, a supplementary healthcare service provider with extensive experience in Home Care, aiming to deliver the best home-based care tailored to each patient’s specific needs. **Nursing Internship** We are seeking a professional responsible for supporting nurses in patient monitoring activities and assisting nursing technicians, thereby contributing to patient safety, continuity, and quality of care delivered at home. **Main Responsibilities** * Verify and update the portal; open patient IW; * Monitor patients undergoing implementation, monitor hospitalized patients, and contact hospitals and patients’ families; * Prepare AD and ID medical records; * Prepare Senior consent forms and health plan approval forms, and send admission emails; * Conduct weekly, biweekly, and monthly patient monitoring. **Requirements** * Completed High School * Currently enrolled in Nursing program * Prior experience in the field is a plus **Desirable** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Organizational skills and routine management * Communication skills and proactivity **Location** Sorocaba-SP **Employment Type** Internship – Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Salary:** R$1,200 + Transportation Allowance Job Type: Internship Compensation: R$1,200.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
