You will also be responsible for running network cabling and structured cabling, acting as the point of contact for opening service tickets with third-party vendors and ensuring efficient resolution of all requests. If you believe entrepreneurship can transform Brazil and want to work in a cool environment to learn and grow, this is your opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Running network cabling and structured cabling; * Mounting Wi\-Fi antennas and switches; * Rack assembly; * Cable clipping; * Running CCTV cabling; * Installation and configuration of cameras, access control devices, and turnstiles; * Handling and monitoring service orders (OS) and tickets; * Engaging GoWork IT partner support channels; * Installing, configuring, requesting, and adding cameras to CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television), ControlID, and UPS systems; * Opening tickets with service providers (telephony, connectivity, access control, and CCTV); * Providing support and assistance to internal teams through hardware, software, and network equipment repairs and configurations; * Installing programs, applications, and drivers; * Assisting with network management; * Performing infrastructure maintenance, cabling, installation, and connectorization of electrical equipment, CCTV and computer networking equipment, access control systems, and IT systems; * Supporting maintenance of unit infrastructure and hardware, as well as providing network (hardware and software) support; * Performing structured cabling and modem configurations; * Providing on-site and remote support to clients and users. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 1 year of experience in the field; * Experience with access control, perimeter alarm, CCTV, and computerized systems; * Technical education in IT, electronics, CCTV, infrastructure, computer networking, or telecommunications. **Additional Information** * Working hours: Monday to Friday; * Work location: City of São Paulo; * Meal voucher (VR); * Transportation voucher (VT); * Vittude; * Life insurance; * University partnerships; * Health plan; * Dental plan; * 99 ride-hailing service paid by the company (for travel between units); GoWork was founded in 2013 with the mission of empowering Brazilian entrepreneurship.
