Job Summary: Experienced IT professional to administer, support, and enhance the computer environment, ensuring availability, performance, and security. Key Highlights: 1. Performance monitoring and continuous improvement Responsibilities: Administer and support the computer environment (data center, servers, networks, firewalls, VPN), ensuring availability, performance, and security. Define architecture, operating systems, equipment, and IT vendors. Design, deploy, and maintain network, database, and information security infrastructure. Monitor capacity, performance, and service level agreements (SLAs), proposing continuous improvements. Execute migrations, updates, patches, and acceptance testing. Automate operational routines and processes. Configure and administer operating systems, network services, software, user profiles, and authentication. Implement and enforce information security policies, standards, and mechanisms. Develop and execute backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures. Identify risks, inventory assets, and monitor IT resource usage metrics. Diagnose incidents, resolve failures, and provide technical support to internal departments. Support IT projects, prepare technical reports and BI dashboards. Conduct training and guide users. Manage contracts, vendors, IT procurement, and third parties. Participate in strategic discussions regarding service levels.
