Basic installation and maintenance of network equipment. **Job Description:** Handling and resolving connectivity-related incidents (LAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, internet). Diagnosing and resolving network issues (IP, DNS, cabling, printers). Installing and performing basic maintenance on network equipment (routers, switches, access points). Network monitoring and user support. Incident and procedure documentation and logging. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Technical or Bachelor's program in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and structured cabling.
