We have an open position for a NEAD Assistant at our Main Campus in Balneário Camboriú! **Key Responsibilities:** Populate the Virtual Learning Environment (EPS) with instructional materials; Provide support, training, assistance, and follow-up to the main campus and satellite centers; Assist students, faculty, and tutors in person, via WhatsApp, and email; Guide students on mandatory documentation and submission of formal requests. **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM | with a 1-hour break **Compensation**: R$ 1.978,00 (during the probationary period) R$ 2.149,47 (after the probationary period) **Desired Qualifications:** Experience in customer service; Completed high school education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. ***Location: Marginal Leste 3600, AV.
