Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level QA Analyst to join the development team, elevating the client's quality maturity through Assessments, automation, and a consultative approach. Key Highlights: 1. Consultative engagement within Squads to enhance quality maturity 2. Design and execution of manual and automated tests (Backend and Frontend) 3. Implementation and maintenance of BDD-based automation in modern frameworks We seek a Mid-Level QA Analyst to join GrooveTech’s development team. The challenge extends beyond test execution: you will work under the Managed Allocation model, contributing to elevating the client’s quality maturity through Assessments, automation, and a consultative stance within Squads. **Key Responsibilities** Planning and Execution: Design and execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring full coverage (Backend and Frontend). Quality Strategy: Apply the Test Pyramid and Shift-Left Testing practices to detect defects early. Defect Management: Document and track bugs in Jira, validate fixes during retesting, and ensure production quality. Automation and BDD: Implement and maintain automation scripts in modern frameworks, using BDD to align technical and business scenarios. Data Analysis: Perform SQL queries for data validation and analyze logs for troubleshooting. Strategic Collaboration: Participate in the QA Chapter, supporting the Tech Lead and proposing continuous process improvements. Requirements: BDD: Solid practical knowledge of implementation and maintenance. Automation: Experience with frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium (Web and Mobile). Tools: Proficiency in Jira for project management and Postman/RestAssured for APIs. Database: Knowledge of SQL for scenario validation.
