The role entails supporting alignment between customer requirements and business objectives, contributing to high-quality, organized, and efficient deliveries. **Responsibilities** * Manage software implementation projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and defined scope; * Develop and update project plans, schedules, and milestones; * Facilitate communication among stakeholders, clients, and internal teams; * Monitor project performance, identifying risks and supporting corrective action planning; * Support preparation of status reports for leadership and stakeholders; * Collaborate with Development, Product, Architecture, QA, Customer Success, and Support teams; * Participate in monitoring meetings, reviews, and planning sessions; * Follow and contribute to the application of project management processes and best practices; * Support continuous improvement initiatives for processes and deliverables; * Promote stakeholder alignment, ensuring clarity of information; * Contribute to clear and organized communication throughout the project lifecycle; * Support scope change control; * Participate in retrospectives and support documentation of lessons learned; * Contribute to documentation and knowledge base development; * Perform related duties as required. **Requirements:** --------------- We seek professionals eager to grow within an innovative, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.
