Mid-Level IT Support Technician We are looking for a Mid-Level IT Support Technician to tackle complex technical challenges, ensuring efficiency, security, and high-quality support for systems and corporate infrastructure. We seek professionals with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to transform problems into practical solutions. Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct analyses for the development, implementation, and support of information systems and technological solutions, including client/server architecture and integrated systems. * Train users, prepare instructional materials, configure training environments, and deliver technical training. * Research industry standards and market tools, identify vendors, request demonstrations, evaluate new technologies, and build test platforms. Requirements and Qualifications * Reside in São José dos Campos or surrounding areas. * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Proven experience in creating technical documentation and strong hands-on experience in system and hardware support. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B), driving capability, and willingness to travel. Desirable Differentiators * Intermediate English proficiency. * Technical certifications: ITIL, LPI-1, MCP, MCSA, or other compatible certifications.
