Join us in shaping our story and building our future.** Apply now to our open positions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop scalable and resilient solutions; * Propose improvements to existing systems and ensure delivery quality; * Maintain software quality by reviewing processes, tools, and best practices applicable to the product and technologies used; * Mentor junior developers by addressing their questions, sharing knowledge, designing and architecting solutions, or recommending supporting documentation; * Create high-complexity tests—manual or automated—that cover the intended behavior of developed technical components, using requirements and available testing tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven software development experience (minimum 4 years) * Proven hands-on experience with frontend and backend development * Proficiency in Java/Java Spring Boot backend language (minimum 4 years) * Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) (minimum 4 years) * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript * Experience with REST APIs and Microservices architectures (minimum 3 years) * Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases * Experience with version control (Git) and GitFlow * Experience with APM tools (New Relic, Datadog, or Dynatrace) * Experience with Agile methodologies; **Desirable:** * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation; * Software architecture vision; **Differentiators:** * GitHub project repository; * Multi-Cloud knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure); * Basic CI/CD understanding. **Note: Hybrid position, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote \- CENTRO/SP.** **Additional Information** **At our company, you’ll find a collaborative environment and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your growth, health, and quality of life.
