Job Summary:
Perform advanced administration, operation, and sustainment activities for Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and corporate services, resolving complex incidents and providing specialized third-level support.

Perform advanced administration, operation, and sustainment activities for Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft corporate services, and related applications. Resolve complex incidents, analyze problems, implement improvements, execute operational routines, and provide specialized third-level support—ensuring availability, security, and continuity of critical IT services.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide third-level technical support for incidents and problems related to Windows Server operating systems, AD services, network services, and Microsoft applications.
* Administer and operate Microsoft Windows Server environments and services such as DHCP, DNS, File Services, WSUS, GPOs, and print services.
* Administer and maintain Active Directory, including users, groups, OUs, policies, permissions, and replication.
* Implement, administer, and support Microsoft Office 365 / Exchange / ADConnect / Azure AD environments.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance routines on managed services and servers.
* Conduct advanced log, event, and performance indicator analysis to identify root causes.
* Support the client team in planning, deploying, and migrating Microsoft environments.
* Manage permissions, security policies, auditing, and Windows-based authentication mechanisms.
* Implement, configure, and administer failover clusters, high-availability services, and hybrid solutions (on\-premises \+ Azure).
* Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including topologies, inventories, standards, and operational procedures.
* Assess technical impacts of updates, patches, and infrastructure changes, coordinating scheduled executions.
* Perform basic PowerShell automations and scripting to improve operational routines.
* Escalate, track, and validate tickets with vendors and manufacturer support teams.
* Assist Level 1 and Level 2 teams by providing specialized technical guidance and knowledge transfer.
* Prepare technical reports and metrics related to the Microsoft environment.
* Participate in technical and alignment meetings with internal teams and clients.
* Execute scheduled production operations following ITIL best practices and internal standards.
* Comply with security policies, compliance requirements, and data governance rules.
* Perform other related duties consistent with this role.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:**
Completed undergraduate degree in IT **or** any undergraduate degree plus a postgraduate degree in IT.
**Courses or Certifications:**
Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ\-104\), Identity and Access Administrator (SC\-300\), or similar are desirable;
ITIL Foundation v3 or higher training, minimum 24 hours;
Knowledge of Windows Server, DHCP, DNS, File Services, Storage Services, WSUS, and SCCM administration.
**Professional Experience:**
Solid experience in administration, management, deployment, or support of Windows Server environments; AD, DNS, DHCP, File and Print services; messaging solutions (Exchange / Office 365\); identity and authentication services; Microsoft Office 365 administration; Azure Active Directory administration.
