Performance-based growth opportunities Remote Google Ads Specialist (Performance-Focused) We are currently managing multiple active Google Ads accounts and seeking a qualified Google Ads Specialist to support, optimize, and scale ongoing campaigns. This position is ideal for someone who already understands how Google Ads operates in real-world business environments and can demonstrate practical experience through current or past accounts. Your responsibilities: Review and optimize existing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, and Shopping, where applicable) Improve campaign structure, keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust campaigns to enhance efficiency and results Identify wasteful spend and implement negative keyword strategies Work toward clear objectives such as lead quality, cost per conversion, and ROAS Provide performance updates and optimization notes as needed What we’re looking for: Practical experience managing Google Ads accounts with real budgets and measurable results Clear understanding of conversion tracking fundamentals and performance optimization Ability to analyze data and make logical, number-driven decisions—not assumptions Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently Comfort working remotely and communicating in English Important note: To ensure candidates have genuine Google Ads experience, pre-selected applicants may be asked to briefly present 1 or 2 Google Ads accounts they have managed (industry, objective, and optimization approach).
