It promotes diversity and inclusion in its practices, encouraging participation from people with diverse abilities and experiences. **Location**: São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo **Qualifications**: \- Currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, studying during evening hours; \- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn; \- Organizational skills and daily proactivity; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Responsibilities**: * Support Manufacturing and Process Engineering in factory projects and routine operations (SBC 1 and 2\). * Monitoring production lines, implementing processes/equipment, and launching new products. * Time studies, loss analysis, and process optimization. * Review of FMEAs, flowcharts, and documentation (instructions, control plans). * Administrative support: procurement, CAPEX, invoices, and suppliers. * Support in layout design, material flow analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and testing (try\-out). * Requirements: basic knowledge of manufacturing, engineering drawing interpretation, Excel, and time \& motion studies.
