Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the execution and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance in properties, organizing and directing services to satisfy customers and preserve assets. Ensure quality and safety in the execution of all services Ensure the execution and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance in the company's properties, guaranteeing they are always in perfect working and conservation condition. This professional is responsible for organizing, monitoring, and directing building, electrical, hydraulic, general repair, and minor renovation maintenance services, contributing to customer satisfaction and preservation of the company's assets. Prerequisites: * Completed High School; * Driver's License Category B; * Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, painting, masonry, and general repair maintenance; * Ability to lead teams and organize maintenance requests; * Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment to deadlines; * Problem-solving skills and adaptability to different situations; * Prior proven experience in this role is a plus. Responsibilities: * Monitor, direct, and perform corrective and preventive maintenance services in the company's property portfolio; * Conduct technical inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs; * Assess materials required to execute services; * Supervise third-party services, ensuring quality execution and adherence to deadlines; * Manage and organize the maintenance team (day laborers, contractors, and other professionals); * Ensure proper use of maintenance materials, equipment, and tools; * Keep service orders and maintenance records up to date; * Request quotations, monitor purchases, and receipt of maintenance materials; * Ensure all services comply with safety and quality standards; * Provide support to internal company departments upon request.
