About the Opportunity: Alcoa is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Alumar unit in the Reduction area in São Luís, Maranhão, responsible for: * Ensuring compliance with EHS plans by raising awareness among your team through specific guidance, aiming to achieve incident prevention policy objectives and environmental preservation; * Performing maintenance services on industrial equipment within your area of responsibility according to technical standards, established planning, and emergency maintenance—ensuring technical and administrative support to maximize equipment efficiency and operational availability; * Monitoring equipment performance (high- and low-voltage substations, compressors, furnaces, scales, overhead cranes), identifying maintenance interventions needed to guarantee flawless operation at full capacity; * Leading the critical analysis process of operational performance indicators, aiming to allocate and direct resources effectively to resolve issues and achieve targeted efficiency and productivity levels. What You Can Bring to This Role: * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in Preventive and/or Corrective Maintenance; * Preferred: Solid experience in industrial environments, preferably in aluminum production; * Preferred: Problem-solving skills, interpersonal relationship abilities, and proactivity.
