**Responsibilities/Profile:**
* Perform preventive, corrective maintenance and improvements on machinery and equipment across the entire manufacturing facility;
* Carry out tasks following safety procedures, checklists, maintenance practices, and guidance from supervisors;
* Support operators in performing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities;
* Perform other related or general maintenance-related duties.
**Key Challenges of the Role:**
* Ensure proper operation and safeguard all equipment.
* Adhere to the equipment preventive maintenance schedule.
* Identify root causes of defects and implement definitive corrective actions;
* Maintain strong teamwork relationships, following maintenance practices and guidance from supervisors;
**Basic Qualifications:**
**Education:** Completed Technical or Technologist program in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance.
**Computer Skills:** Basic Office suite;
**Experience:** Knowledge of functional/technical characteristics of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components; alignment of rotating machinery; reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams; and knowledge of industrial lubrication.
**Behavioral Competencies:** Resilience, problem-solving orientation, proactivity, interpersonal skills, strong communication, organizational ability, teamwork, initiative, and sense of urgency.
**Work Schedule:** Full availability required for shift work.
**Desired Qualifications:**
* 1 year of experience in machinery & equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment;
* Basic English;
* Intermediate Office suite;
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams;
**Standout Candidates Should Have:**
* Proficiency in alignment of rotating machinery;
* Knowledge of maintenance for paint booths, large-scale machining centers, robotic cells, welding machines, and oil supply systems;
* Proficiency in functional/technical characteristics of mechanical components;
* Knowledge of Power BI;
*Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days per week.*
