Learn more about the team for this opportunity ➡ The **Linux Platform Team** is responsible for administering and evolving our Linux server infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and performance for our products. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- **Your day-to-day will include:** * Administering, configuring, and maintaining the Linux server infrastructure to ensure stability, security, and performance; * Monitoring the environment using tools such as Zabbix and Grafana, identifying and responding to incidents according to established procedures, and meeting defined response time SLAs; * Implementing automation using Ansible and Python scripts to optimize recurring tasks; * Troubleshooting web services such as Nginx, Apache, PHP-FPM, and Varnish; * Troubleshooting applications; * Participating in vulnerability mitigation activities and security audits; * Resolving incidents escalated from previous support tiers (N1 and N2), providing efficient technical support, collaborating with other teams to mitigate issues, and identifying and resolving root causes to prevent recurrence; * Contributing to infrastructure evolution projects, including server migrations and adoption of new technologies. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ **To excel in this role, you’ll need:** * Hands-on experience administering Linux servers (CentOS, Rocky Linux, Debian); * Knowledge of web services (Apache, Nginx, PHP-FPM, Varnish); * Basic knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL; * Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Grafana; * Experience with task automation and configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, or CFEngine); * Understanding of information security principles and best practices for server administration; * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; * Knowledge of and troubleshooting experience with Kubernetes. **Bonus points if you also have:** * Experience with load balancing and high availability; * Familiarity with KVM and oVirt for virtualization; * Linux certifications (e.g., RHCSA, LPIC); * Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevSecOps culture; * ITIL certification. **Additional Information** -------------------------- #### **Additional Information** **What benefits does LWSA offer?** Medical insurance; Dental insurance; Transportation allowance or free parking; Free shuttle service from João Dias terminal to Locaweb; Meal/food allowance; Childcare assistance; Life insurance; ️‍ ️ Gympass; * Unlimited coffee machines; * ️ On-site massage and occupational gymnastics; Relaxation room equipped with TV, billiards table, card tables, table tennis, video games, and bean bags; ️ Birthday day off; Annual PPR (Profit Sharing Program); Wellness and quality-of-life program; Partnerships with educational and leisure institutions;
