Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Operations Assistant to support and monitor transportation activities and cargo scheduling, with a focus on analysis and continuous improvement. Conduct operational analysis and propose process improvements Barueri \- SP On-site R$ 3\.000,00 to R$ 3\.090,00 (Gross Monthly) 1 Position Effective \- CLT Assistant Full time We are looking for a Logistics Operations Assistant with an analytical, proactive, and organized profile to directly support transportation operations and cargo scheduling. Main Responsibilities: * Support cargo scheduling and transportation route planning * Monitor logistics operations and ensure adherence to deadlines * Conduct operational analysis and propose process improvements * Track and manage performance indicators (KPIs) * Interface with drivers, customers, and internal teams * Support organization and control of departmental demands Requirements: * Experience in transportation and cargo scheduling * Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Good communication and organizational skills * Knowledge of Excel and logistics systems is a plus * Must reside in Barueri/SP and surrounding areas * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule Differentials: * Experience in freight forwarding companies or high-volume operations * Knowledge of TMS or transportation management systems ### **Requirements** ##### **Studies** University education ### **Valued** ##### **Professional experience** Between 1 and 3 years ### **About REITER LOG** * Road freight transport, excluding hazardous goods and moving services, covering intermunicipal, interstate, and international routes.
