Avacy is a company specializing in technological solutions and software development, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Manage and monitor logistics and contract-related administrative routines, ensuring compliance with internal processes and contractual obligations. Analyze and control logistics costs, freight charges, and the performance of carriers and related service providers. Prepare, monitor, and present logistics performance reports and KPIs. Conduct comparative analyses across transportation modes, carriers, and service delivery models. Support the negotiation and revision of freight rate tables in coordination with management and suppliers. Ensure accurate verification and validation of tax documents. Serve as the focal point for interfacing with Finance, Tax, Sales, Procurement, and Operations departments. Support the implementation, improvement, and standardization of logistics processes. Previous experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Transportation Analyst, Logistics Coordinator, or Logistics Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
