We are seeking a **Lead Data Software Engineer** to drive the design and development of scalable data solutions on Google Cloud Platform. In this role, you will lead technical initiatives, mentor team members and deliver high\-quality data engineering products leveraging Python and modern cloud technologies. **Responsibilities** * Lead the design and implementation of data engineering solutions on Google Cloud Platform * Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL * Architect data workflows and processing frameworks within Databricks * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members * Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices and engineering standards * Optimize performance and reliability of data platforms and pipelines * Drive technical decision\-making and contribute to architectural discussions * Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English at a professional level **Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience in data software engineering * Proficiency in Python and SQL * Expertise in Google Cloud Platform and Databricks * Background in designing and building large\-scale data pipelines * English proficiency at B2 level or higher
