Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Law Intern to support client service and the office's procedural routine. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service support and procedural routine 2. Familiarity with legal systems is a plus We are looking for a proactive, organized, and communicative Law Intern to support client service and the office's procedural routine. **Responsibilities** * Client communication and service via **WhatsApp** and other channels; * Responding to and tracking client requests; * Checking and monitoring **case progress**; * Requesting and verifying documents from clients; * Assisting with **filing pleadings** and **initiating lawsuits**, always under the supervision of attorneys; * Supporting the preparation and filing of **administrative complaints**; * General support in the office’s legal and administrative routines. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Law program; * Strong writing and communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to deadlines; * Responsible, agile, and eager to learn. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in a law firm; * Proficiency in client-facing roles; * Familiarity with legal systems and PJe/e-SAJ/eproc. Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: starting at R$1.350,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
