Performing pre-preparation and preparation of various menu items **JOB OPENING: KITCHEN ASSISTANT – CAFETERIA** ☕ **Job Description:** We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to work in a cafeteria, providing support in food preparation, environment organization, and customer service, ensuring quality, efficiency, and hygiene in service delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Perform food pre-preparation (washing, cutting, peeling, and portioning ingredients) * Assist in preparing snacks, savory items, desserts, and other menu items * Prepare simple beverages such as coffee, juices, and accompaniments * Assemble dishes and orders according to cafeteria standards * Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, including utensils and equipment * Monitor food expiration dates and proper storage * Support product restocking and stock organization * Assist in customer service when necessary * Follow food hygiene and safety regulations **Work Model** \- Full-time, permanent CLT employment Job Type: Full-time, permanent CLT employment Compensation: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Kitchen Assistant (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
