A professional responsible for handling technical requests from internal and external customers, providing basic support for website hosting, email configuration, and server maintenance. Performs ticket triage, escalates complex cases, and ensures the proper functioning of internal IT infrastructure (internet, VoIP, computers, printers, internal systems, and assets). * Provide first-level technical support via email, phone, and ticketing system; * Perform basic DNS configurations, create email accounts, and address access-related issues; * Assist with configuration of shared hosting and FTP account creation; * Monitor servers using internal tools and report anomalies; * Create and maintain records in ticketing systems with service history; * Assist in simple website migrations between servers; * Participate in internal technical training and advance to more complex levels. * Ensure internet network functionality by identifying and resolving connectivity failures; * Administer and provide support for telephony (VoIP), perform basic adjustments, and ensure availability; * Provide support and preventive/corrective maintenance for computers, laptops, and peripherals; * Support company-used systems (e.g., Sólides, Beeflow, Google Workspace, Passbolt, among others); * Manage and control IT asset inventory (equipment, software licenses, access credentials, and passwords); * Assist with configuration and maintenance of printers and internal devices; * Support the team in installing and updating corporate software and tools; * Uphold basic information security by guiding users on best practices for system and equipment usage; * Collaborate on internal technology infrastructure improvement projects. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Good communication and courtesy; * Organization and attention to detail; * Teamwork and collaboration; * Resilience and patience under pressure; * Commitment to deadlines and quality; * Flexibility in handling diverse demands.
