Job Summary: An IT professional responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and providing technical support for software, hardware, networks, and systems to end users, ensuring optimal infrastructure performance. Access and permission management, as well as resolution of network and system issues Since 1999, Braga Soluções em TI has delivered customized and accurate IT services and products to clients of all sizes and industry segments. **Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, update, and uninstall software and applications according to user needs and company policies; * Format and configure notebooks and desktops; * Ensure proper operation of internet services, email providers, and platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace; * Create, modify, and manage user access and permissions across corporate systems and tools; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on printers, hardware, and peripherals; * Install and maintain IT equipment, including computers, monitors, routers, switches, and other devices; * Provide remote and on-site technical support to users, ensuring courteous, agile, and efficient service; * Update and maintain the company's hardware and software inventory; * Diagnose and resolve issues related to wired and Wi-Fi networks, managed switches, and email services. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields; * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; * Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment; * Understanding of TCP/IP networking, including configuration of switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points; * Experience with remote support tools; * Basic knowledge of information security is desirable.
