Job Summary: Provide technical support to ensure high availability and performance of platforms, guide users, keep the knowledge base up to date, and handle service requests efficiently. Efficient resolution of hardware/software incidents and problems Provide technical support ensuring high availability and performance of users' platforms, and when necessary, guide and train them. Keep the knowledge base up to date: Monitor review and updating of operational procedures (documents), research new solutions, critically analyze processes, and propose improvements. Handle service requests quickly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide support in identifying difficulties and resolving hardware and software incidents and problems, including equipment assembly, repair, and configuration. **Job Requirements:** Completed IT technical course or currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program; Advanced knowledge of hardware; Knowledge of Windows 7, 10, and 11 configurations; Knowledge of computer networks; Desirable knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu and variants); Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Possible paid on-call shifts) Salary: R$ 1.850,00 CLT **Benefits:** Meal allowance: BRL 30.00/day; Transportation voucher; Life insurance; Unimed health plan with co-payment (after probation period); Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from BRL 1.850,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
