We are looking for a **Junior Support Analyst** to further strengthen our business! Take a look: **What will be your responsibilities?** * Provide support to mobile device users across PSA Tech’s diverse client base using MDM tools; * Install and configure applications on mobile devices; * Support IoT solutions and customized emerging technologies; * Provide basic support to computer users (Windows/Office Suite). **What profile are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields, or currently pursuing such a degree; * At least 1 year of experience in technical support; * Basic knowledge of Android/iOS usage; * Experience managing mobile devices via MDM. **What do we offer?** * Meal/food allowance on the Sólides card—use it as you wish! * Health insurance (no employee deduction); * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Birthday gift card and birthday day-off.
