The magic begins here.** **The Opportunity:** We are looking for a Junior SDR to serve as the bridge between Mágio and new partners, bringing our story, values, and flavors into every new conversation! This role is responsible for generating and qualifying B2B opportunities, operating in a strategic, data-driven, and technology-powered manner. On a day-to-day basis, you will identify and qualify leads aligned with our ICP, ensuring the sales team receives opportunities with high conversion and recurring revenue potential. We craft chocolates that go beyond taste: we aim to awaken memories, inspire discoveries, and connect people to the essence of the Amazon—uniting tradition, innovation, and a genuine commitment to positive impact. **Here, magic is made by people.** **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** Day-to-day, you will be responsible for paving the way for Mágio’s B2B growth, operating strategically, methodically, and consistently with the brand’s positioning. **Prospecting and Pipeline Generation** * Execute structured outbound prospecting (primary focus), using LinkedIn, email, and CRM; * Build and manage target account lists (ABM), based on defined ICPs; * Conduct initial outreach in a consultative manner, respecting the brand’s tone, care, and experience. **Lead Qualification** * Conduct initial lead qualification (SQL), understanding context, purchase timing, timelines, volumes, decision-makers involved, and recurring revenue potential; * Apply the ICP checklist defined in GTM; * Ensure only qualified opportunities advance to the sales team. **Technology and Automation Usage** * Operate and optimize CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot and cadence platforms (Apollo, Dripify, or similar); * Execute multi-channel cadences with intelligent personalization — no generic outreach or spam; * Keep the CRM consistently updated, ensuring data quality and reliability. **Analysis and Continuous Improvement** * Monitor performance metrics such as lead generation, qualification rate (SQL), and lead-to-meeting conversion; * Suggest improvements to outreach approaches, segmentation, and messaging, based on data and daily learnings; * Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine ICPs, messaging, and campaigns. **What We Expect From You:** We seek an organized, curious, and results-oriented individual who enjoys communicating, learns quickly, and works toward goals. Someone with operational discipline and a human, consultative approach—respecting Mágio’s premium positioning. For this position, it is important that you have: * Prior experience as an SDR, pre-sales, or similar role in B2B; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Comfort using digital tools, CRM, automation, and emerging technologies (including AI); * An organized, disciplined, and process-oriented profile; * Ability to work with goals, KPIs, and performance tracking; * Autonomy with accountability and a strong sense of priority. **Nice-to-Haves:** * Experience in B2B companies, startups, or fast-growth environments; * Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound platforms (Apollo, Lemlist, Dripify, or similar); * Analytical mindset and interest in data and performance metrics; * Interest in premium brands, branding, design, and storytelling.
