




Screen and analyze resumes on recruitment platforms and talent databases; Conduct individual and group interviews (in-person and/or online); Apply group dynamics and tests when necessary; Manage high-volume selection processes within short deadlines, ensuring delivery efficiency; Support job posting dissemination across various attraction channels; Maintain contact with candidates, providing feedback and support throughout all stages of the process; Assist in the hiring process for temporary staff in collaboration with HR departments/consultancies; Prepare monitoring reports of selection processes and R\&S metrics. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields (completed or in progress); Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in operational and high-volume roles; Knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, InfoJobs, among others); Skills in competency-based interviewing; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple concurrent processes.
