We seek a Junior Project Analyst to implement, sustain, and operationalize projects with clients, ensuring appropriate configurations, delivery quality, and adherence to deadlines. You will be responsible for providing client support, responding to requests via e\-mail and ticketing portals, and supporting project execution and solution usage with excellence. If you are organized, communicative, and interested in technology and customer service, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform technical analysis of scopes received from the LegalOps team, identifying potential infeasibilities or necessary adjustments; * Collaborate with the Product team to open and track development requests, when applicable; * Execute system parameterization/configuration according to the defined scope; * Conduct internal testing to validate implemented functionalities; * Lead client acceptance testing and training, ensuring alignment with expectations; * Monitor the project during the assisted operation period, supporting solution stabilization; * Support project activity tracking, deadlines, and delivery status. * Respond to tickets opened by clients, respecting the SLA for request resolution. **Behavioral Profile:** * Analytical mindset and attention to detail; * Organization and management of multiple tasks; * Proactivity in problem resolution; * Strong communication skills for interaction with internal teams and clients; * Interest in learning processes and systems. Requirements:* Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Law, IT, or related fields; * Strong analytical ability to interpret requirements and identify inconsistencies; * Intermediate Excel knowledge (filters, tables, data organization); * Aptitude for learning systems and technological tools; * Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and monitor deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience (internship or junior role) in system implementation, support, or operations; * Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Planner, Jira, or similar); * Basic understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, Scrum, Kanban, etc.); * Experience with system testing (acceptance, validation); * English or Spanish proficiency.
