Support Channel Management * Assist in configuring and maintaining support channels integrated with platforms (e\-mail, chat, telephony, and messaging). * Monitor integration performance between systems, flagging failures or inconsistencies. Ticket and SLA Management * Monitor ticket queues and contribute to meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Ensure correct ticket creation, categorization, and routing per established processes. * Support prioritization of support requests in coordination with operational teams. Workflow and Automation Maintenance * Assist in maintaining existing workflows, automation rules, triggers, and filters on platforms. * Perform operational adjustments to forms, custom fields, and routing configurations. Access and Security Management * Create, update, and deactivate user access within platforms managed by the team. * Ensure compliance with internal data security policies and access permission policies. Team Support and Training * Provide first-level support to agents and collaborators of the Customer Directorate in using platforms. * Assist in developing support materials, operational guides, and basic training for new users. Knowledge Base * Support the creation and updating of articles in the platforms’ knowledge base. * Contribute to organizing and standardizing self-help content.
