




Description: * Experience with Quality Management Systems and work in ISO 9001-certified environments is desirable. * Knowledge of internal audits and support for external audits. * Analytical ability to monitor indicators and implement action plans. * Strong communication skills for interaction with operational, administrative, and leadership teams. * Organized, proactive profile with a focus on continuous improvement. * Ensure management and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. * Update, control, and maintain QMS documentation (manuals, procedures, and work instructions). * Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits, as well as prepare the organization for external certification and surveillance audits. * Monitor quality indicators and KPIs, analyze results, and support continuous improvement initiatives. * Identify nonconformities, conduct root cause analyses, and ensure traceability of corrective and preventive actions. * Deliver training and refresher courses on ISO 9001 and quality best practices to relevant teams. * Act as a facilitator between operational and strategic areas, supporting process standardization. * Report status, risks, and opportunities for improvement to leadership. 2512210202551931671
