Job Summary: Professional responsible for infrastructure monitoring, incident detection and resolution, communication with technical teams and service providers, and documentation of incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and SolarWinds. 2. Involvement in incident detection, analysis, and resolution. 3. Accurate documentation of events and continuous process improvement. Description: * Practical knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and SolarWinds; * Basic understanding of networking, protocols, and services (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.); * Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with technical teams and service providers; * Organizational skills and attention to detail for incident handling and incident documentation; * Preferred: Prior experience in NOC, Help Desk, or related environments. Differentiators: * Technical certifications (CompTIA Network+, ITIL, etc.); * Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Cervello, Zendesk, ServiceNow); * Monitoring of network, server, and system infrastructure using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and SolarWinds; * Detection, analysis, and resolution of incidents, including escalation to internal and external teams based on alert severity; * Registration and updating of hosts in monitoring systems; * Opening technical tickets with voice and data link providers and tracking them to resolution; * Sending and tracking notification and escalation e\-mails according to internal procedures; * Ensuring accurate documentation of events and actions taken in the ticketing system and operational reports; * Contributing to continuous improvement of operational processes and monitored infrastructure. 2511010202241843880
