Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Marketing Analyst to support marketing activities at a real estate company, with emphasis on organization and proactivity. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for professional growth We are looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst to join an established real estate company in the Belo Horizonte Metropolitan Region. We seek an organized, proactive professional eager to learn, who will support marketing activities. Main Responsibilities: \* Monitor requests in coordination with the marketing agency; \* Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives; \* Support real estate agents in using social media; \* Monitor campaigns and performance metrics; \* Organize content for social media and institutional materials; \* Support the organization, production, and filming of events and promotional activities; \* Assist in internal marketing (endomarketing) initiatives; \* Coordinate schedules, requests, and materials among internal departments and suppliers; \* Support the production of campaign assets and materials. What We Expect From You: \* Completed or ongoing degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or Social Communication; \* Strong verbal and written communication skills; \* Organizational skills and attention to detail; \* Ability to work effectively in a team; \* Proactive, committed profile with eagerness to learn.
