Join us, and get better with every move. **Our Maintenance Team** Being part of the Maintenance team at Ayvens means understanding that the support we provide to our customers and partners is rooted in Commitment and Excellence—ensuring efficient process management and guaranteeing that all maintenance requests are handled with agility, accuracy, and adherence to internal policies. **Key Responsibilities:** The Junior Maintenance Analyst will be responsible for: Analyzing and entering maintenance budgets into the system within the first approval tier. Verifying whether budgets fall within the approved limits and ensuring proper approvals to prevent errors and unjustified charges. Analyzing low- and medium-complexity budgets and completing approvals within up to 2 hours. Reviewing customer contracts, verifying coverage, and conducting necessary follow-ups. Investigating customer history prior to generating service orders. Negotiating values and deadlines with suppliers. Acting as intermediary between customers and workshops to clarify service status. Submitting budgets to customers for approval when required. Requesting maintenance reports where applicable. **We’re looking for someone with:** Knowledge of automotive mechanics. Microsoft Office / Excel (intermediate to advanced). Analytical ability to interpret budgets and contracts. **Behavioral Competencies** Strong communication skills. Organizational skills. Responsibility. Customer focus. Results orientation. **Experience** Experience in the automotive mechanics industry. **Education** Technical course in automotive mechanics. Currently pursuing a higher education degree (mechanical or automotive engineering). A completed higher education degree is desirable. **Other Requirements** Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable profile, open to new challenges.
