Support for drivers, operating systems, and software **Position: Level 1 Technical Support Assistant** **Job Description:** A company specializing in the leasing of computer equipment is seeking a Level 1 Technical Support Assistant to provide client support, performing diagnosis and resolution of issues related to drivers, operating systems, and software. The professional will be responsible for supporting the company's clients, ensuring agile and efficient resolution of issues related to drivers, operating systems, and software—particularly concerning camera, audio, network, and other peripherals. **Responsibilities:** * Handle Level 1 support tickets * Perform diagnosis and resolution of issues with clients' computer equipment * Resolve driver-related issues (camera, audio, video, network, etc.) * Install, configure, and update software and operating systems * Assist in preparing and validating equipment prior to client delivery * Record support interactions and maintain an updated history in the ticketing system * Escalate incidents to higher support levels when necessary **Requirements:** * 2–3 years of experience in IT technical support * Proficiency in Windows (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) * Experience installing and updating drivers * Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, basic configuration, troubleshooting) * Experience providing user support (help desk / service desk) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience supporting corporate equipment * Familiarity with remote access tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.) * Experience preparing system images (formatting, cloning, deployment) **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Strong communication skills with clients * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Practical problem-solving ability Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.611,02 – R$2.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
